Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Polivareno ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Polivareno is a social simulation entertainment platform designed exclusively for recreational purposes. The Platform does not offer real-money gambling, tangible prizes, or any opportunities to win items with monetary value.

To use Polivareno, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Virtual Items and Content

Through gameplay, you may acquire virtual items including petals, achievements, cosmetic elements, and other decorative content. You acknowledge and agree that:

Virtual items have absolutely no real-world monetary value
Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, exchanged, or transferred to others
Virtual items cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or real-world goods
All virtual items are licensed to you, not owned, and remain our property
We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time without notice

Entertainment-Only Platform

Polivareno is not a gambling product and must not be interpreted as such. The Platform explicitly does not include:

Real-money wagering, betting, or staking capabilities
Real money prizes, cash rewards, or financial incentives
Withdrawal, cash-out, or redemption features
Any gambling-like returns or monetary advantages

All gameplay mechanics are entirely virtual and designed exclusively for recreational entertainment.

Prohibited Activities

When using Polivareno, you agree not to:

Manipulate, exploit, or interfere with Platform mechanics or systems
Use bots, cheats, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software
Misrepresent your age, identity, location, or any eligibility criteria
Use the Platform for commercial, promotional, or unlawful purposes
Engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal behavior

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access at our sole discretion.

Service Availability

Polivareno is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform
Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or network configurations
That defects or technical issues will be corrected
That the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations

You use Polivareno at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform; damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data; damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, or defects in service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Polivareno is to discontinue use of the Platform.

Before you enter Polivareno
